Our selections of products, which compliment our many seafood selections, are based upon our commitment and passion to our products. All these items are made by hand, using natural ingredients and come from sustainable growing practices.
Our Sea Asparagus and Ogo come from a small farm on the North Shore of Oahu and our fresh Hearts of Palm come from a similar farm on the Big Island. Sea salts from Molokai, which contains electrolytes, shrimp, and poi from Kauai are all produced in small batches, harvested by hand, and treated with respect and care.
Oh-Ke Po-Ke Lemon Sauce
A hand crafted sauce of exceptional quality, made with care at our facility in Honolulu. Excellent sauce for dipping sashimi slices, sushi, marinade for fish, chicken and pork. Especially delicious with fattier fish such as salmon, tuna, and Kampachi
Oh-Ke-Po-Ke Poke Sauce
This locally produced sauce is unique and works well as a marinade with all proteins. Mix with raw tuna and onions for a truly Hawaiian flavored poke. A hand blended sauce with the traditional flavors of Hawaii poke. These sauces are used by retailers throughout the islands for the authentic local flavor.
Kahuku Sea Asparagus
Fresh ocean flavor with a spicy, pepper finish. Crisp texture with good snap. Uniform, light green color, full and plump stalks. Golden color when blanched.
Available year round, with summer being the high months of production.
Hearts of Palm
White stalk, firm and crisp. Fresh smell with no off odors.
Crisp, slightly firm, well hydrated and salty finish.
High season is summer, but available throughout the year.
Hawaii Kai Sea Salt
Large (rock salt) sized crystals, slightly damp from the ocean water from which is comes. Available in Red, Black and Crystal clear.
Kukui nut with sea salt
An essential ingredient for some Hawaiian dishes, such as Shoyu Poke.
Summer high season, available year round.
