200+ years of seafood processing and merchandising experience.
Our facility encompasses over 30,000 square feet of land and 22,000
square feet of enclosed space. Two large chilled storage areas
and one large freezer storage area provide ample storage space,
and our large processing room is unequaled within the state. Combined
with the lengthy loading dock, fleet of refrigerated vehicles,
and close proximity to the international airport, we are uniquely
positioned to provide unparalleled quality and service.
Further, our operations are HACCP compliant. We add an extra layer
of confidence to our operations by having a private laboratory
audit our facility on an annual basis. They advise us and ensure
our standards exceed those of the industry. This costly and extensive
effort provides you with an added level of confidence.
We recently passed USDC inspection to become a certified USDC
inspected facility. We are now signing the contract for ongoing
USDC inspection, which will begin soon. We will be the only USDC
inspected seafood facility in the Hawaiian Islands. This will
add further to the level of confidence you may place in our products.

of Breed" processor and distributor of seafood products.
