T.J. Kraft, Ltd. began business in 1987 and was incorporated in
1991. Initially, the company shipped direct from fishing vessels
to processors and distributors across the United States. The founder
and "Fishmonger" of the company, Thomas Kraft CPA, has developed
the company from those early days into a multi-faceted operation
that processes, manufactures, distributes and even demonstrates
for local and national accounts.

200+ years of seafood processing and merchandising experience.
