individually bagged and boxed fresh fillets and loins to central
warehouses for in-house distribution. We can provide your central
distribution facilities with fresh, custom sized, random weight
packs (i.e. 30 lb. cases). We can accommodate multiple weekly
shipments.
Our packaging utilizes state of the art technology, including
FDA approved 10K oxygen permeable Cryovac sealed sleeves, extended
life gel coolant, and multi baffle, gas charged insulation inserts,
within our triple strength fiber boxes. Further, we are experienced
with operating seafood operations, developing and running seafood
demonstrations, and educating consumers to the health and enjoyment
from consuming seafood.
All seafood is delivered within 24 hours direct to your door. We hand cut and fillet all species to ensure the upmost quality. Our partnership arrangement with UPS and Fedex means customers enjoy prompt and reliable delivery.
