and the US Mainland market since 1987. We are the uncontested
#1 supplier of sashimi ahi in the Hawaiian market, where quality
and consistence are under intense scrutiny. Hawaii is the #1 per
capita seafood consumption market in the United States. To excel
here, you must know your product, and be willing to sacrifice

We operate with a Team Spirit, combining diverse professionals

within the Seafood Industry. Our employees consist
of long time Fishermen, Fishmongers, Fish Cutters, Sashimi Sen
Sei, Grading Experts, Food Aficionados, and many support personnel,
working together to deliver products of
exceptional
quality. Our Management Team alone has over
200 years of
cumulative seafood experience.
We are proud that our workday begins at 03:00, and doesn't finish
until 18:00, six days a week. It requires a passion for seafood,
and a drive for excellence, to be part of our team. All 70 employees
that have the metal to call this Home have proven themselves to
be dedicated, passionate, and damn hard working.
